The daughter of Mr. Floyd, Sr. and Mary Collier Purry, Mrs. Hall was a Columbus, GA native who was a 1968 graduate of the William H. Spencer High School. She received her degree in Nursing from Columbus Technical College, and was currently serving as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Bradley Center of Columbus. She was a member of the Great Faith Ministries. She was preceded in death by her beloved Johnny F. Oden and brother, James Purry.

Surviving her departure with cherished memories, include: two daughters, Tammy Hackley (Cornelius) and Olivia Battle (Stephen); a son, Anthony Hall (Marshiela); thirteen grandchildren, LaPorsha Griffin, Brandon Hall, Diamond McDuffie (Angelo), Olivia Marion, Trevon Hall, Jasmine Carey, Markise Graham, Cory Walker, Brooklyn Battle and Julian Battle; six great grandchildren, Brandon, Royal, Jadon, Diamond, Debora and Simone; five brothers, Floyd Purry, Jr., Ronald Purry, Bernard Purry, William Purry (Sylvia) and Perion Purry (Margie); a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
