Ijay! Still cant stop the tears from flowing...and still cant stop the smile when I remember your jokes; especially how I would dress my bed in Feddy Owerri and lie on the floor waiting for it to chill...and how this bundle of trouble, madam Ijay will bounce up and thump into the bed with one question..."Irene, you always make this bed as if you are expecting somebody?" And I would respond, "and you always come and lie down as if its you!" Your laughter still rings loud in my ears. Ijay, my heart is broken to know you are not with us but my joy is that you have gone to be with our Big Daddy, whom you always loved so much. Keep Big Daddy smiling with your jokes and remind him you are expecting me and be sure my bed is dressed when I get there! And be sure to kiss Cherish and tell her she is well missed, cant wait to hear her singing with the choir of angels!!
