Born March 3rd, 1948, in Los Angeles, California, Irene Ramos Alderete departed this world to be with our heavenly father on December 19th, 2014.  She peacefully passed away in her New Kent, Virginia home at the age of sixty-six from naturally causes.  Lifelong telecommunications engineer for Western Electric, Pacific Bell, AT&T, and retired at Alcatel-Lucent Technologies.  Irene was a loving mother and a humble, caring, and generous woman.  She devoted her life to her sons and lived by the quote "what we do in life echos in eternity." - unknown.  Irene's smile and extraordinary personality was loved by many and will never be forgotten.  Though short lived, she was an absolute rarity, a gift from the heavens! May her beautiful soul rest in peace.  She is our angel now, and watches over us with a great and noble heart.  She is predeceased by her precious son Eugene Alderete of Los Angeles, California, her parents Ral Ramos & Elvira Colmenero of Los Angeles, California, and survived be her sons Steve Ramos, of Sahuarita, AZ, Nick Alderete of Los Angeles, California, and her baby boy, Diego Iniguez of New York, New York.

As her friends and family were extensive - memorials in Richmond, Virginia, West Palm Beach, Florida, and New York, New York will be held in the follwing weeks.  All TBA.  Please feel free to contact Diego Iniguez for inquires.
