It's been 7 years since granny passed. I miss the incredible memories we made as a family. Today we are all spread out around the world looking for greener pastures. Strange how we don't see that greener grass still fades the same as the grass at home. The bible says that God gives us 9 fruits of the spirit once we find him and call him our Lord. The most important of these fruits is the gift of Love. When I think of a loving person I think it's not possible granny is not with my Lord because she was a pure Lover of everyone and everything.

Good morning Granny
Thank goodness for Kim. I am late as usual in wishing you happy birthday. Fortunately you always forgave me so I know you will forgive me this time too. My heart is so sore. I regret the many times I could have visited but didn't, now I can't. I thank you for my amazing family! Your influence and lessons of love are ingrained. Even though we are all so far away from each other your glue binds us together. As we remember each other and reach out and help each other in these tough times I wonder how many of us realize that this closeness is due to Granny's Glue. I love and miss you.

You meant so much to so many - gave of yourself to help others and take care of anyone needing it. You left so many memories Gran and a wonderful legacy. We miss the blue sweet jar, the plates piled high and your never ending wish to see us all as often as you could. I though you would live forever and miss you so much Gran.
I am sure you are having a birthday celebration and telling everyone you are 101.

Granny you would have been 100 this year. I intend to plant a rose bush in your memory. I miss you and think of you everyday. I hope i'm half the lady you once were.
