I shall remember Aunty Irma for her warm and humble personality, and a very welcoming smile. She made one feel at home. She fought a good fight, kept the faith, she finished her course and now rests in eternal peace. Will miss her, its now our turn to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling so we also can enter this rest when the trumpet sounds. May Her Soul Rest In Peace.

The body of Christ in Leeds will miss our beloved Sister Irma who has gone to be with the Lord. A woman of faith who fought and labour relentlessly in the vineyard of the Lord. You always encourage us to continue the race believing that our victory was guaranteed long ago in Christ Jesus. We are not ignorant concerning them which are asleep in Jesus, will God bring with Him, for the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air : and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Good night

You were there to see me marry
You were there to share kind thoughts
You were there to answer my phone call
You were there to say you care
I was there to hold your hand
I was there to say my final goodbye
Now you're there singing with the angles
Now you're there out of pain
Now your smile will always be in my memory and the persious moments we shared

Sleep well

God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you,
and whispered "Come to Me".
With tearful eyes we watched you,
we watched you fade away.
Although we loved you dearly,
we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands now rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.

You will be missed every day what a remarkable strong women you were thank you for letting Katrina and I be a part of your life xx

Fading away like the stars of the morning,
Losing their light in the glorious sun
Thus would we pass from the earth and its toiling,
Only remembered by what we have done.

Though you will be sorely missed, may the legacy of the good work that you have have left behind continue to shine on this earh to the glory of God, in Jesus name. Amen.

My heart is still warmed by the kind words spoken from the wealth of great love in her heart. I remember very well visiting her for what was to be the last time and the last words she would say to me. She smiled and said, "You look nice." My heart was soothed by the sheer love she expressed towards me.

You are deeply loved, Ma. Rest in peace.

To my dearest loving sister I will never forget your infectious laughter and your amazing smile. All throughout your illness the first words that came out of your mouth were to praise your Heavenly Father. The times I visited you I will hold dear in my heart, especially the last time. I sang Blessed Assurance. You woke up and said, yes He is mine. I just want to go home. Love you my dear sister rest in your eternal rest

Pastor Irma was a senior member of the leadership of Leeds TEAM, a network of Churches and mission agencies in Leeds. We have lost a great pastor and mentor, a dynamic team-player and very kind friend. She has left a huge gap behind in TEAM, in her own Church - Mt. Zion - and, above all, in her own family. But she has entered into the reward of our Lord and Saviour. This is the great comfort we have in this time of sorrow. Surely, strength will rise as we wait on the Lord. Amen.

"Dearest Mother Irma,
You was always there with a smile and an encouraging word.
You were truely my spiritual Big Sister in Christ Jesus.
At the moment I feel so lost for all the things I want to say about you.
You helped me to understand so many spiritual things and words of wisdom. You never stopped working when most would have given up,
You was always reaching out to help those in Africa with the many things they needed without so much as any regret of what you were doing.
I will miss you for a time until we meet again in His Kingdom of Glory. Until then I will remember your last words to me a few weeks ago and that was You was a walking Miracle, with you happy laughing voice. I will hold that dear to me till the time comes to meet you and Dad again

Sleep peacefully my dear friend and sister in Christ Jesus..
Love you and miss you till we all meet again."
