Tribute From Of Faith Baptist Baptist Mission
(May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica)

Missionary Ivy Clair was a member of the Tabernacle of Faith Baptist Mission, from about 2008 until the time of her passing. She was a vibrant member and a missionary at the church where she performed her duties profoundly. This included moderating, preaching and she was the co-ordinator for our annual Prayer Breakfast of which we always looked forward to. Her last two messages that she gave was about “Repentance and Preparation (be prepared). When we sum it up,because there is so much to say, we can only conclude – She was an awesome woman of God. A positive person. She was always encouraging her brethren to stay on the battle no matter the storm. Hence her favourite song which she loved to sing a lot was “The Anchor Holds tho’ the ship is battered.”She will be missed deeply especially on Sundays when we see her empty seat. She’s always moving in the spirit and so we know and can join with Paul in 2 Timothy Chapter. 4, verse 7 that says I have fought a good fight, I have kept the faith, I have finish my course, henceforth a crown awaits her. We love her and miss her tremendously. May her soul rest in peace and perpetual light shine on her always. As a church family we take comfort in the word of God. We weep not as those who have no hope, because we know we will see her again at the resurrection morning.
God bless you and to the family, you are in our constant prayer.

My dear Aunt Ivy, Your life was a blessing to all who knew you and you touch so many of us. Your memory is a treasure. You are love beyond words and missed beyond a measure. Just because you are gone physically, you are always near. You still walk with me unheard. You were a woman of strong faith and you put God first no matter what you were going through. I was blessed to have you in my life because you taught how to be strong and not to give up and always put God first in my life. You always kept your loved ones close and prayed for them always. You will never be forgotten and you are always in my heart. May your soul rest in peace.

Love you always,

Your niece

My condolences to the family of aunt Ivy. A flower that had left its beauty along the sand of time that all who walk that path will be engulfed and now that she is gone she will take beauties there.

“If I don’t wake up in the morning, its alright
its gonna be alright.
If I don’t wake up in the morning I known, its alright
its gonna be alright.”
She fixed it up with Jesus a long long time ago, she paid her dues
and if she should leave this world before the morning comes
a crown is waiting for her and some golden shoes.
My friends there is no need to weep and cry.
God has prepared a better place way up in the sky.
So when she don’t wake up in the morning, its alright
its gonna be alright.
She promised the Lord when she made her start, no matter what they do she’s going through.
She saw through the storm, I sang through the rain
and kept on trusting in Jesus name.
So if she don’t live to see the sunrise
she knew she had a home on the other side.
“If I don’t wake up in the morning, its alright
its gonna be alright.”

William Brothers song for Mum.

Aunt Ivy was a family person, she believed in keeping family close. she always had a word of encouragement for every situation. There is never a dull moment around her. She shared all she had with her family and loved ones giving of herself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Her passing is heart breaking and she is missed by all whose life she has touched. ".....Blessed are the dead who dies in the Lord from now on." Yes ",says the Spirit, "they will rest from their labour, for their deeds will follow them." Rev 14:13
It is my belief that the host of Heavenly Beings rejoice to welcome home a sweet Angel, a woman of God who has "fought the good fight, and have finish the race, have kept the faith," and is now ready to receive the "crown of life, which the Lord the righteous judge will award to her on that day"
Sis. Ivy, your life will continue to impact us as we continue this good fight of Faith.
Rest well our sister, rest well.

To my sweet sweet aunt Ivey.
I Know that you will never be forgotten and always loved by all of us in the family.  I was so privileged to have you as my aunt, that meant so much to me, you were such an important part of our lives.  If only we could have had you here longer, your time was so short while you were here with us.  I am so grateful that some day I will see you again and get to spend eternity with you.
Rest in peace until we meet again.

God be with you on your journey. Amen. Tina and Jodilee

People grieve in diffrent ways, and it can be difficult to choose the right words to express my sympathy and support but I try to believe in my heart that the pain of losing you forever and the sadness in my heart that the memory of you will always be in my heart and you will never be forgotten from your niece Sandra Williamson knowing to others as pat.

May your burdens be lifted, May the Angels sing your name. Let the father our lord Jesus hold your hands now that you are at peace. You were a good woman; a woman of peace, love and laughter. May God give you forever lasting peace and forever lasting spiritual life.
Love great niece (Loreen) xxxxxxxxxxx
