I Met Jacklyn at Madison Christian Children's Center, when she began working there in 2005. With her friendly and witty personality Jackie was quickly loved by everyone at MCCC. She worked part time in the afternoon with me in the 1 year olds class-room. Jameson, her oldest son was only a few months old. I remember her telling me she was a little sad she couldn’t bring Jameson with her to work because he was still not of age to be allowed into the daycare program. She missed him a lot those few hours she was away from him. She would often say she couldn’t wait to go home and see her Jameson. Jackie and I quickly became close friends. She lived just across the street from the daycare and I would often visit her and the baby. I fell in love with that cute baby of hers Jameson. Before we knew it, we were hanging out all the time. It was Jackie, Jameson, and I. I was her “Stef Stef”, She was my “Jack Jack”, and Jameson was our “TT” (Tiny Turtle). Eventually we both left Madison Christian and although our lives drifted apart, we always remained friends. I had the opportunity of being part of the baby shower for her beatiful daughter Aurora, as well as being there the day of her birth, and apart of the baby shower for her son Blaine as well as his birth. It has been a true blessing to have had such a wonderful person be a part of my life. Jackie was all beautiful things. She was free spirited, friendly, caring, very loving, funny and foremost, she was a great Mommy. She had an inmense heart, she loved joking and laughing, she loved life and everyone around her. She never saw evil in anyone and always connected with people no matter their background. There will never be anyone quite like Jackie, and I will always remember her as the special person she was and will reamin so in my heart.
Those we hold closest to our hearts never truly leave us. They live on in the kindness they have shared and the love they
brought into our lives. ~ Author Unknown
