jacob has 1 sister her name is mackenzie and 2 brothers joseph and jeremy jr. his moms name is tabatha his dads name is jeremy sr. grandma christy grandpa jeff he was 1 when he passed away and he was born on june 14th 2012 and died on september 25th 2013 he was a very happy and cheerful baby that didnt deserve to pass but jesus does what he does and we all just have to go along with what he's done
