Jacob R. Osborne, 22 years old, was born on January 30, 1999 in Dayton, Ohio, and passed away on May 16, 2021 in Dayton, Ohio. He is survived by his children, Aubrey, Jacob, and Silvan; his fiancee, Kelsey Smith; his mother, Trisha Wallace; his siblings, Justin Osborne, Nathan Huff, and Ryleigh Thorp; his nephew, Jaxson Osborne; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. Jacob is preceded in death by his father, Jerome Osborne and his grandpa, Roy Baker. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
