This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Jacqueline Johnson . We will remember her forever.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am on Wednesday November 21,2018 at Mt. Zion Transformations ministries. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Jacqueline Yvette King-Johnson aka “Jackie”, age 63, of Dayton, Ohio was born on December 3rd, 1954 to the late Robert & Healen King.  She was a graduate of Colonel White High School Class of 1973 where she was senior Class President and received her Associate Degree from Sinclair Community College.  Jackie was an employee of Dayton Pubic Schools for many years as a Paraprofessional with her last assignment being at Louis Troy Elementary School.  She was also employed at Homestead allowing her to continue ministering to the elderly.  Jackie was a lover of the Arts, performer with the Creekside Players and a radio personality.

Evangelist Jackie Johnson was a faithful member of Praying Church God of Christ where she held the position of President of the Women’s Department and worked in other auxiliaries as needed.  She was also a faithful member of the Dayton District and worked in the State District as a member of the State Hospitability Team.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents.  Jackie is survived by her devoted son, Peter E. Johnson Jr. and loving daughter Lela M. Ta’lar Johnson both of Dayton, Ohio; sisters, Pastor Lela Warren, Evangelist Brenda King, Deborah Conway and Gwendolyn King; brothers, Robert King Jr. and Ronnie King, all of Dayton, Ohio and mother-in-law, Zoe Johnson and sister-in-law, Pam Femuels of Dayton, Ohio; and a host of special & beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, family members & friends
