The joy of children
When I was a child hanging out with Tausha at her house. Jackie would always call me Sarah Lee. No matter how much I had to repeat myself that it was Lynne not Lee, she would continue on with Sarah Lee. She would laugh the most musical laugh I have ever heard. She had a magical smile, musical laugh and a huge, kind heart that she was willing to share with anyone who was in need or wanted to share her love.
I loved her like a mom and always will. "mom I will miss you, however I know I will see you again along with my sister. When Gods grace takes me to my final home. Till then give my sister a hug for me and remember I love you both and could NEVER forget you!" :)
Mom , I thought you quit smoking? :)
One of my britest memories of my mama , I was roughly 10 or 11 years old. She had decided to quit smoking. I was so proud of here when she hadn't had a cigarett for a good week and a half. For a woman who smoked a pack a day, that was steller. Well she began this addiction to Jolly Ranchers, sucking on a good 30 a day. I didnt mind as long as she wasnt smoking besides i hadn't heard of anyone dying from a jolyl rancher overdose. Well one night after she had tucked me into bed. I had been laying there and heard the sliding glass door slowly opening upstairs. having a good sence of what was going on i crept up stairs to catch her in the act . True to my suspisions there my mother was in all her glory. Sittting on the deck smoking . So i tapped on the glass and scared her. She chucked that cigarett so fast and i began to laugh as did she. I knew at that point it was gonna take a miracle to make that woman stop smoking. I still laugh to this day.
