On February 19th, we lost our beloved mother and grandmother who had been battling cancer over the past few months. She was a beautiful and caring person who loved her entire family very much. She spent her days knitting, reading and enjoying her cats. While we will miss her dearly, we know that heaven gained an amazing angel.

Life's Clock-
The clock of life is wound but once, and no man has the power
To tell just where the hands will stop at late or early hour.
To lose one's wealth is sad indeed; to lose one's soul is such a loss as no man can restore. The present only is our own. Live, love, toil with a will- place no faith in "tomorrow"- for the clock may then be still.

Hard to believe it has been a whole year already since we said goodbye to my mother. It has been difficult knowing that we can't just pick up the phone and call her but looking at all the wonderful pictures of her past have given me alot of joy and helps me to realize that our mother had some really good times with family and friends! Thank you Jeff for putting your slideshow together -- it is wonderful!  And now our dog Casper is up in heaven too I hope he is keeping our mom company! Love you and miss you mom very much!

Happy Birthday Mom! Funny, I didn't remember it as usual but I have been working on your video all day! Looking at hundreds of pictures of you. You are so beautiful! I miss you sooooo much :(

Mom I already miss you SO much! I wish that I could have spent much more time with you! I wish that my fate did not separate us with so far a distance.
You will always be talked about as I meet new friends. My son will always hear your wisdom as I try to pass it to him. I will still ask you for help and advice. Look for me when my time comes, I will need you!

One Christmas, we gathered everyone in the living room to do a prayer before eating. This was my first time doing the prayer and it was extra special. I planned to propose to my (now) wife toward the end. As I took a knee and lifted the ring, I heard Jackie behind me say "what is he doing". I will never forget that. Love and Miss you Jackie. I remember my aunt for the fun when I was just a young boy.I remember one time I was returning to Mi.from Ca. I was around 12 yrs ols and it was winter time I left Ca. with no coat and when I got to Chicago (where my aunt & uncle were living) she took me out and bought me a new coat.I kept that coat for many yrs to come.So Aunt Jackie rest in peace(oh tell grandma I miss her) Love Bobby
