Jacquelyn F. Adams, age 56, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Community Medical Center in Toms River after a long courageous battle with cancer.

She was born September 8, 1962 in Toms River. She married the love of her life, Neil Adams, on November 3, 1984. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Nursing at Ocean County College. Jackie then continued her education at Stockton University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She started her career as a registered nurse. She pursued a Master’s of Science in Nursing at Rutgers University. In 1995, she became a board certified nurse practitioner with Ocean County Family Care and showed compassion daily. Spending time with family and friends were her passion and delight. Jackie truly lived life to the fullest and touched the lives of anyone she came across. She had a special way with people. She was the type of person who would do anything for anyone. She was a devoted wife, mother, grammy, and sister.

Jackie is survived by her husband, Neil; son, Bryan; daughter and son-in-law Lauren and William (Kemnah); grandchildren, Isabella, Dylan, and Madison; sisters Lisa and Gayle; sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, Cherie and Perry; Moira and Craig; mother-in-law and father-in-law, George and Patricia; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and her beloved dog Chloe. She is predeceased by her parents, Evelyn and Arthur.
