Jacob J. Mann, 42 of Leavenworth passed away unexpectantly on Saturday, April 11th, 2015 at St. Luke's Hospital.
Jacob was the beloved son of Dwayne and Donnene Mann. And was born on August 31st, 1972 in Leavenworth, Kansas.
He was a flooring installer by trade, and a diversified master craftsman, whose quick-handed style was respected by many.
Jake was a simple, but very complex man with an infectious personality. He had a very extended family and many friends who loved him dearly. He was always quick to help family, friends, or a stranger who was in need.
Jake was an organ donor and will live on in the lives of others.
Jake is survived by his parents, his father Joseph Housworth, two brothers; Andy and Charlie Housworth.

You are thought of daily, missed by so many, what a joy you was to your mom and dad.... R. I. P. sweet boy.... <3
