To my belated brother-in-law Jamal whom I wish I had the pleasure of meeting face to face. I thank Elohim for blessing me with brothers I’ve never had and though you’ve transitioned, you are still my brother-in-law. Oh, how you are loved, missed, and honored by the family and reigning in the hearts of many unto this day. In a way, I’ve met you through my mother-in-law, my husband, that is your brother Maurice, & my brother-in-laws Joshua, Huggie, & Kevin, their shared stories and their happy and sad emotions whenever they’ve talked about you, so much so that it almost feels like I know you. Strange, I know. I can tell so clearly that you are a special light in those who were closes to you. And mother-in-law misses you so much, I hear often from her that our son, your nephew Maliqué, favors you, acts like you, right down to chewing on random things like his shirt and boy is that something truly special to her. I must say, I’ve seen one picture of you here recently that creeped me out because I saw my son in that picture first glance, not you. I now see what she means and it is special. Though gone, you truly are never forgotten. Oh well Zoobie, continue to rest in peace and love playboi . Love your sister-in-law, Dominiqué ❤️
