His Life
January 18, 2014

Mr. Buchanan was born in LaGrange, Georgia on March 18, 1968, the son of Bobby McClain Seymour. He was a member of the Union Grove Baptist Church where he had many special friends growing up. Until the onset of his illness he was employed by Franklin Aluminum. Bobby was a collector of anything with a Georgia Bulldog logo on it and a great lover of any kind of car. He had shelves of model car. Walking was one of his favorite pastimes and it was nothing for him to walk at least four miles a day, five days a week. His greatest attribute was his great love for people. No one was a stranger to Robbie, and even if he did not know you, if you had a need he was the first to try to help. He was a wonderful son, brother, and uncle. His generous heart and loving spirit made him dear to all who knew him.

He is survived by his mother Bobbie McClain Seymour of Franklin, GA.; sister, Dana Long (Jeff) of LaGrange, GA.; three nieces, Jacee, Jayla, and Jana Long also of LaGrange, GA.; and special aunt and uncle, Betty and Mickey Eley and their family.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Robert and Bonnell McClain.
