This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, James Updike, 25 years old, born on January 10, 1983, and passed away on April 12, 2008. We will remember him forever.

Once when James was 3 when I still lived with daddy & Sandra I got up one morning and realized that the night before James had got up sometime during the night. It was raining all night. He had gotten up, got his little raincoat and his boots and went outside. Had come back in, left everything by the door and got back in bed. It totally freaked me out❣️ God was watching over my baby.

I feel you around me often! Char sleeps in one of your old baseball shirts. Her and Livi often ask me things about you. You’ll always be alive around here. We love you and miss being able to feel your hugs! And very much miss laughing with and at you, my crazy boy!
