James Lewis was a wonderful father-in-law. I often told people that I never imagined that I'd have such loving and caring in-laws, and that they are in fact, in-loves. Whenever I talked to "Granddad," he was ready with a listening ear. Whenever I expressed an interest in something, he wanted to know immediately what I was going to do to make my education/career/personal goals a reality. He was encouraging and supportive and never had an unkind word to say to me. May he rest in peace with God. He brought so much to our lives and now he deserves his reward in Heaven. Thank you for the talks, laughs, crooning (Temptations at Christmas :-), the exposure to the arts, the devotion to Joy, his only grandchild, visits for graduations, birth, holidays, hospitalizations, and more. Thank you for your son and the man you raised him to be. Thank you.
