Chief Farrell was the Training Officer in North Tonawanda while I was an active Volunteer. I learned a lot about the Fire Service from that man and always respected him for who he was and what he stood for.

I’m grateful that God put him in my life and that he influenced me in my career as a volunteer firefighter and Chaplain. I’m in my 48 years and still an active Chaplain in the City of Tonawanda FD! RIP Chief, we’ll take it from here!
