Release and waiver: The Assessment Company further agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Dorado Equities Inc. and George Playton and its employees. Agents, contractors and suppliers against any and all losses, accidents, damages, injuries, expenses and claims resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the assessment staging process.

Services Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement The Assessment Company agrees to provide Assessment Services at the Title Owners Properties (ADL-661797 and ADL-008285) ,including but not limited to establishing an access road that is in compliance with all local and state and federal regulations required. The Assessment Company will use mechanical machinery, including but limited to a bulldozer and front end loader to remove and grade materials allowing for current and future vehicle passage to the above mentioned mining claims. The service road will allow for easier access to the mining claims and comply with upgrades and assessment requirements needed to satisfy legislation terms and conditions. The access road will also serve as access to complete the “Staking” of the above mention claims.
