A General Motors retiree, Jim graduated from St. Mary of Redford High School in 1945, played the trumpet beautifully, and served in the U.S. Army for two years after WWII. Loving husband of Rae, wonderful father of Linda (Gary) Cross, Louie Strauss, Carol Hoover, and Elaine Howell, beloved grandfather of Tara and Tempa Tingler, Barry and Brian Hoover, and Ryan Howell. We will miss and love you, always.
