We become friends in your later years. We held conversations together as though we belonged to the same cohort. You took great delight in me and encouraged me to move forward. You appreciated the little effort I made in your grandson when I was his teacher. You always shared stories of your military days with me. I thank God for the life you lived on earth. You knew the Lord and I know that you are in Heaven with Jesus. See you one day Mr. Bennet.

Your passing away brought so much pain. Yet it also reminded me of how blessed I am to have known you and call you daddy as we all did. I remember how you use to ask us what we wanted to eat or drink as if we were in a restaurant. Your smile and jokes made us regular visitors to your house. Your advice and encouraging words made a difference in my life.

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
SLEEP WELL SIR JAMES BENNETT

A golden heart stopped beating
Hard working hands are at rest
Dada, Our hearts are broken to see you go but we believe
God only takes the best.

Dada, you never discriminated whenever I came around. You loved me like your very own. You were always fun to be with as you always had stories to share. You were such an awesome dad.

The memories from Nyamekye to Botianor will always be a great part of me. You will always be in my heart. Even in your pain, you called to check on me when you could. Thank you!!!!!

Dada, I thank God for giving you to us.
Rest well till we meet again.....
Adieu......

We thank God so much for giving us a Dad like you. Daddy,there are no words to describe how we're dealing with the unbearable grief of losing you, but we can surely write pages about a lifetime of experiences that we shared with you and the countless lessons that we have learnt from your invigorating childhood stories, your funny and jovial stories. Your words of wisdom have played a big part in making us who we are today. You were not only a loving and affectionate husband, father and grandad, but also a source of guidance in serving the Lord in a rightful way for the family and to anyone you met in your journey of life. The vacuum that you have left behind can never be filled, but your spirit and the God that we are serving shall remain with us forever , until we meet again. Lots of love Daddy .

We thank God for the life that we shared together. You gave us life and called us by names. We came out of you. When people see us they see you so Dad you are still with us. You just move to a different Location. We know your new location is best for you at this time. We love you Daddy
