James Alan Mackfield was born on December 29, 1965 in Troup County, Georgia to Manette Mackfield and the late James Mackfield.  On Tuesday morning, March 15, 2016, God call our love one James (Mike) to rest.

At an early age, James accepted Christ as his savior.  He was an outgoing, helpful, joking, understanding man that always had a smile on his face.

James attended Hogansville High School.  He played many sports, including baseball, football, and basketball.  He was known as the “paper route guy.”
