Odu,Hippos has always been a family but we had our bond.We were like Besty siblings in the fam.I feel even dissapointed in my own prayers because I was praying and believing that you would come out safe. What's there not to miss about you??The road trips while going I Hippos' games will be boring.Your company ,your taste of music and being a free spirit, always positive. You were the unifying factor and voice of reason at Hippos. What hurts most is that we were chatting minutes before the attack,I swear I hate this feeling .You responded at 14.20 and when I texted back it is marked as read at 15.22.The two blue ticks signified a permanent goodbye.Im super jelous of the angels. They have gained a gem as we have lost. You were really psyched about the Mbuzi and the Hike that hippos was planning.
Odu manze I have a million and one memories, how you took me to my first koth Biro game after I asked if it was a person or a place.
Such a noble, selfless, smart, funny, optimistic, outgoing and a person full of dreams.Rest in power, shine your way Odu!!!!

Words may not suffice to express the heartfelt sorrow and we may never get answers to the endless questions we have. You were a beautiful soul, full of love and life. You’ve ascended to Heaven, away from us but closer to God, leaving loneliness and sadness behind. We will forever cherish the memories. Rest in perfect peace Odu.

I remember the first time I met you. I remember how we became such good friends. I remember you like I have known you my whole life. I remember our last chat (I should have at least checked up on you this last week, but as always I was waiting for you to check in, it's evident you were the better friend) I remember when you got that injury last year and still scored I was so proud, I didn't come to cheerlead that was supposed to be my job. Your personal cheerleader. I am supposed/expected to accept that I have lost one of my favorite friends just like that... But, I can't I'm too angry. You told me we will do better in 2019- I totally agreed, I missed matches you invited me to; all I wanted was to make it up to you. We/I have been robbed and I can't say that I don't hate it because I do. I hate it. I will miss you. You will always be my friend. My most heartfelt condolences to your family, your toi... May God give you guys strength and resilience. You have lost too much waay too much! If this is how I feel I can only imagine what anguish your family must be in. This should never have happened, too much collateral damage for nothing. I hope I'll see you again. I really do.

Bro, you touched many hearts, you were among the first to welcome me to KC. I recall the long chats we had in the hood and on our way home. Bro you had a gift, you brought happiness to all who you touched, you had that smile and glow that made everyone notice once you walked in a room, the football banter was worth it with you, may your family find peace and comfort from the Almighty Jehovah. Till i see you again cobra

The angels looked down from heaven one night.
They searched for miles afar,
And deep within the distance
They could see a shining star.
They knew that very instant
That the star was theirs to gain,
So they took you up to heaven,
Forever to remain.
Look down on us from heaven.
Keep us free from hurt and pain.
You'll always be within our heart
Until we meet again.
RIP Cobra.
