Jim Savarese was my brother in law. I have such great memories of him teaching me the "correct way" to wax his car - a Mach 1 i believe is what they called it. He was always upbeat when I spoke with him and this i will miss the most. He was a great guy, husband to my sister and father to my niece. I will remember you always Jim. All My Love - Dawn Wright

Early career

November 14, 2011

I served with Jim at Richards Gebaur AFB Missouri 1972 and in Panama 1975. Lost track of him when I was discharged. So many years later I stumbled across this memorial. Jim I am glad to see you led a good and successful life.

On the bay

After a day of fishing on the Chesapeake Bay in my boat, this was the only fish we caught that day. We decided to have Jim pose with it so that it would look bigger!
