Happy Birthday, in your Heavenly home. I naturally thought of you and felt your presence, today, as I found your old, small, table top tree in the basement. The lights don't work but I felt you telling me to take it out. I could hear your thoughts; "Take it out. It's still pretty and has ornaments and garland on it". So, I did. I put it in your old room. I have no doubt, you will help me run across a tiny string of lights, that fit it perfectly.

It's been a year since you passed. I am reminded, especially today, on Sunday, of the best thing you taught me, at an early age; that God and Faith are everything and that if you have that, you have Everything. I know that you're singing with the choir in Heaven, like you did in your earthly church; only it's more beautiful and majestic, than any earthly choir. Love, Melody❤

A year is a long time in life and in death. This week Jim and I had the pleasure of spending a little time with Evelyn and a few members of her family including your new Great Grand Baby and Melody and her daughter. So much fun getting to know them a little better but never enough time to learn more. You were mentioned many times and there is no doubt how much you are missed.

It's your birthday today. I immediately thought of the strawberry, whipped cream cakes, you always made. Special occasions, like birthdays & Christmas, trigger lots of cherished, childhood memories. I thought of you yesterday, while decorating for Christmas and how much you loved that also. Now, you have the perfect Christmas in Paradise.❤

Hi Mom,
Waiting to approve the grave stone that I had picked out for you, it really
stands out with the words " Loved and Missed by All' . I also added your
picture in color on it for everyone to see. I still have a few more things to go as you know. You looked so pretty yesterday as I knew you would. Many of your friends from the Abbey in Elmhurst, as well as the Abbey in Lisle that I had notified were there. I had a chance to spend time with Carol at lunch and can never repay her for her kindness and loyalty to you as a friend, as she called you every day at the Bickford in Saint Charles, as well as calling you every day in Tennessee. I know now why you always commented to me that she was like a "Daughter to You". I will always feel you with me and remember your words when we ended our conversations by you saying to me " Love you Sweetie". I remember all the Sundays you spent at my house, as well as the Holidays you spent at my son Marks house with the Grandchildren. Lastly as you already know, I can never repay my sister Sharon for the days and nights she stood by your side until the end, she did it out of Pure Love. It was not an easy thing to do, deciding to send you to Tennessee, but looking back now I have peace of mind, as you were loved day and night. Mom you will always be a Saint to me, an
at my side Always. Love Marvin

Aunt Jane you had such a full life but also a life full of hard work with your large family plus all the time and effort you gave to your extended family which is where your nephew Jimmy's family comes in. My Father-in law Jim and my Mother-in-law Kate loved the times they spent with you and Uncle Lando. Oh the stories we have heard and all the happy times the four of you shared. The children in both families have wonderful memories of the Elmhurst and Wisconsin get togethers and when I was 14 I was lucky enough to see first hand how joyful and full of love those times could be.
Through those early years Jim and I learned so much from you. You always had time for everyone, showed us hard work was important, extended your love to Evelyn when she was born into our family and on one occasion taught us how a wife may change the path her husband is taking by cooking his pasta in Holy Water from the Catholic Church.Hey, I say it was worth a try! I never quite understood if it did any good. Ha!
Thank you for the good times, great memories and your love Give our best to all our family who have gone before you. I'm sure you will have a lot to report.
Many Hugs,
Jimmy and Donna

A Grandmother is a remarkable woman.
She's a wonderful combination of warmth and kindness, laughter and love. She overlooks our faults, encourages our dreams, and praises our every success.

A Grandmother has the wisdom of a teacher, the sincerity of a true friend, and the tenderness of a mother. She's someone we admire, respect and love very much.

A Grandmother will always have a cherished place in our memories and in our hearts. She's someone for whom we want every happiness in return for the joy she always brings.

A Grandmother is all the dear and precious things in life.......When she's a grandmother like you.

Love You & Miss You Always Grandma

The most important thing I learned from you is to have faith in God, starting when I was little. You taught me to not worry but to have trust and faith in God's timing & provision. You lived life, never letting anything get in the way. Your strength is another legacy you passed on. May you have peace forevermore in your Heavenly Home.

I will always cherish the time we spent together eating, laughing and sometimes crying. You have always been such a big part of my life and I will miss you more than words can express. I will miss hearing your voice and laughing at your witty sense of humor. You had such a funny way of looking at things and always made me look at the bright side. You are such a big part of who I am today and I am grateful to have had such a wonderful role model. My dear grandma, I will carry you with me everyday because you live on in my heart. Until we meet again, love you forever.

Dear Grandma,
Thank you for making such a huge impact on my life. Ever since I was little, you provided me with a sense of comfort and warmth. I will never forget how much you always made me laugh and smile. Your sense of humor brought joy to my life every day. Most of the time you wouldn't even be trying to be funny; but yet, you would still make the whole family crack up over something that you said or did. I'm really going to miss your big happy smile and your caring, stubborn, and witty personality. Love you forever and always ganz<3

Grandma, your passing evokes a lot of fond memories for me... You had a profound impact on my childhood growing up. Not many people get to live with their grandmother in the same house or have their grandmother just a few blocks away. You were a staple in my life... I always felt your warmth, your love, and your strength. Some dear memories are grandma Jane stopping by the house with goodies, sleeping over at grandmas, going out to eat with grandma, grandmas chocolate chip cookies, the smell of grandmas Purfume she would wear before heading out to a Church function.... I will always remember your resilience, your strength, and your caring nature. How you faced struggles head on showing little fear if any... And even in circumstances where everyone was worried for you, you remained calm. You were funny, spacey, yet witty at the same time. I'll miss you, but I'll hold these memories of you in my heart forever. My grandma, my Ganz I love you rest with the angels...
