Jarline Jane Liermann was born March 3, 1930 in Beemer to Paul and Anna (Gentele) Liermann. She grew up on a farm south of Beemer, attended Immanuel Lutheran School, and worked for Omaha Cold Storage in West Point. On February 28, 1954, Jarline married George Reeson at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The couple farmed west of West Point, where Jarline greatly enjoyed being on the farm, taking pleasure in mowing, keeping up the place, and observing the beauty of nature, especially pheasants and other wildlife in the area. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Guild. Jarline played in card clubs and was always willing to lend others a helping hand. Survivors include her daughter Deb (Lewis) Reppert of West Point; sons Dan (Mary) of West Point, Jan (Christy) of Fremont, and Tim (Tracie) of West Point; grandchildren Dana (Jason) Meiergerd, Phil Reppert, Steven (Courtney) Reppert, Craig (Margo) Reeson, Amanda (Jordon) Holt, Tom (fiancée Dani Roelfs) Reeson, Bryce Reeson, Ava Reeson, Brooke Reeson, and Jake Reeson; great-grandchildren Grace, Lily, and Sylvia Meiergerd, Journee Reeson, Haleigh and Maggie Holt; sisters Elvera Rabe of Wisner, Joyce Urbanec of Raymond, and Betty (Merlin) Heller of Beemer; and sisters-in-law Marlene Liermann of Leigh and Frances Liermann of Beemer.
