Jason Alan McGuire, 37, passed away unexpectedly on February 20th, 2021 in Tampa, FL.  Jason was born on February 17, 1984 in Birmingham, Alabama.
Jason was an adventurous child so full of life who grew into a handsome, charismatic man who could fix anything and could always make everyone laugh.  He was a loving and proud father whose greatest accomplishment was his son, Braden.
He was a son, father, brother and friend that left behind so many who loved him dearly for who he was regardless of the choices he made.  There is a hole that he has left in our hearts but we find comfort that one day we will be reunited with him.
Jason was preceded in death by his father, Michael “Cotton” McGuire and grandfather, Charles “Hank” Snow.
Jason is survived by his mother Debbie McGuire, son, Braden McGuire, grandmother Rebecca Snow, grandfather Jerry McGuire, sisters Amanda Deason and Kristy Pruet (Damon), nieces, Alex and Kylie Deason, nephew, Austin Pruet, the mother of his child, Leigh Anne Hubka McGuire, and a host of aunts, uncles and friends.
The family would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of prayers, kind words and support while we grieve during this difficult time.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 21, 2021at 2:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 3:00 p.m.  Savannah Pointe Clubhouse | 275 Savannah Lane | Calera, Alabama 35040
In lieu of flowers, please leave a message in the guestbook with any stories or memories you shared with Jason as we will be collecting these for a memory keepsake for Braden.

Jason was a very dear friend to me. He was my first boyfriend and I’ve always held a special place in my heart for him. I remember him as kind hearted, funny, handsome. When we were dating he always kept my car clean , brought me jacks biscuits on Saturdays .. watched any and every movie I wanted without any complaints. Kept me stocked with candles.. brought me flowers.. drove me crazy at times lol. But I’ve never forgot how sweet he was to me. We were talking not long ago how we hung out in my basement watching movies for hours on end.. one time it was raining really bad and my room completely flooded and we didn’t even realize until we stood up and the carpet was soaked . He truly was a special person.
