This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Jason Fumerola 32 years old , born on August 22, 1978 and passed away on August 27, 2010. We will remember him forever. I created this page to allow friends and family the ability to leave memories, thoughts, songs, pictures and anything to remember Jay by. He has his first grandchild on the way and I want to one day share thru our memories what a wonderful grandfather this baby and all to come had. Please help me make this memorial.
