Jay was a very unique person he had a great sense of humor and he was always straight up and to the point he'd speak his mind and he didn't sugarcoat anything he was old school and had long red hair for many years until a few years before he died when it started turning gray he loved Jim Beam and Harley's he began his career of drywall when he was very young and he died as a drywall finisher which was his favorite finishing he made a hole in a wall look like it was never even there he was so talented at it he loved his family and devoted his time providing for them he was a great guy who was taken from us too soon
July 31st 1995 is a day I will never forget it's the day that we finally got married now anyone who knew him knew that he was a crazy nut back in those days even more so before we met so this story would be hilarious to those people we got married during his lunch break from work and before we even got to the courthouse he slammed 3 beers because he was so nervous we went before the judge and got married then he went back to work now most women would be totally irate about that but I did it like that because I'd been with him for 4 years and back then his motto was titles are for cars boats and motorcycles not for people well he'd asked me to marry him long before the day it happened but he backed out finally his boss told him that I was a good woman and that he'd better hurry up and marry me before someone else wanted to(That wouldn't have happened I was devoted to him) and that changed his mind so I hurried and set it up for that week before he could change his mind again I was just proud to be his wife and I didn't care about a big fancy wedding because like I said I'm not like other women him and I had a daughter before we got married and I had a son that I had from my 1st marriage but after we got married through the years we had 3 more kids another girl and 2 boys our youngest just turned 7 when we lost him a big part of me died with him he was my soulmate my entire life and I know I'll never recover from his death
