Jayne Carroll Hardee, 65, a resident of 702 Forrest Lane, died Wednesday, October 20th, 2010 at her home.

 

A native of York County, South Carolina , the daughter of the late James Clarence and Faye Hunsucker Carroll. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Creedmoor and retired from SunTrust Bank in Creedmoor.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 23, 2010 in the Eakes Funeral Chapel in Creedmoor by Dr. Tom Jenkins. Burial will be in Tirzah Associated Reform Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Rock Hill, South Carolina on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at 3:00 PM.

 

Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Defford Dale Hardee of the home, a son, Defford Dale Hardee, Jr. and wife, Debbie Kelly Hardee of Columbia, Tennessee, a grand daughter, Allison Brooke Hardee, a grandson, Christian Tyler Hardee, a sister, Lanna Carroll-Boulware of Rockwell, South Carolina. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Boulware and Linda Hydrick.

 

Omission of flowers is requested and memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Creedmoor, (Debt Retirement Fund) Post Office Box 38, Creedmoor, North Carolina 27522.

 

Visitation will be held from 12:30 – 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 23, 2010, prior to the funeral service at Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor and other times at the home.
