I wasn't a best friend and I only knew what people told me of Jeffery. So I wanted to say this. The first time I saw Jeffery was at a lyeffion football game and he spoke to me and Bobby. Owassa shows much love to owassa! Well long story short he told Bobby he was glad to know he still cheesing and told me.... You blessed to be in this dude heart, he's a good man. Well Jeffery your life spoke for you, all I hear is positive things about you and the only time we talked was very positive. The family lost an angel but the wings more important in heaven.
