Proceed by his twin brother Jim Morgan, and his little sister Mary Justice. Joined in heaven with his brother Ronnie Morgan and his beloved father Ronald Morgan. Will be very missed by his 3 little sidekicks Madi, Jojo, and Carter

Jeffery was an amazing and loving friend, son, brother, and uncle who will be very missed but the memories of him will remain in our hearts for a life time.

There will be no funeral arrangements, he will be cremated and remain at home with his loved ones.
