Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory (2060 Germantown Street). Walk-Through visitation will begin at 10:00am with service to follow at 11:00am. Interment at Preble Memory Gardens. Masks are required for services.

Happy Heavenly 60th birthday baby. And on the 24th I release 3 balloons and you brought smiles on six people faces. They were getting out of their car when I release the balloons the first set said ma'am I will go back in there and get you some more and help you put them in the car I said no it's my late husband's birthday. The second set the man said oh man let me help you and again I said no I released them on purpose it is my late husband's 60th Heavenly birthday and then the last set of people I saw said what is his name I said Jeffrey with a great big smile!!! and they said happy birthday Jeffrey you are truly missed
