They were getting out of their car when I release the balloons the first set said ma'am I will go back in there and get you some more and help you put them in the car I said no it's my late husband's birthday. The second set the man said oh man let me help you and again I said no I released them on purpose it is my late husband's 60th Heavenly birthday and then the last set of people I saw said what is his name I said Jeffrey with a great big smile!!! and they said happy birthday Jeffrey you are truly missed
