Jeffery Allen Warner was born August 31, 1957 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to Melvin and Ruth Warner both whom preceded him in death. He was the oldest son of two children.

He graduated from Germantown High School- Class of 1975. He furthered his education at The DECA Business School, Philadelphia, Pa. 
Jeffrey departed this life after a brief illness on Wednesday May 22, 2013 at his home.

Jeffery leaves behind; a son Maurice Lamar Wimms; a grandson Quentin Lamar Wimms; a Sister Michelle Warner Erwin; a brother in- law Reginald L Erwin Sr. ; three nephews- Reginald L. Erwin Jr. ; Daniel T. Erwin; Andrew D. Erwin and other relatives and friends.
