My partner and I met Jeff over 5 yrs ago through our artist group.  He told us at the encouragement of his son he was ventturing out into the world again after losing his wife.

We spent so much time with Jeff making art, at our art shows at Studio 23.  Jeff was a very talented artist and so much fun to be around. We honestly felt like he was family.

One of the last times we saw him was at Alameda hospital after he had a rough fight with pneumonia. 

He was so happy to see us! One of my favorite memories of Jeff was on his birthday we spent at Richard's backyard having one of our many infamous BBQs. We made tie-dye shirts together.  I still have both of mine and every time I pull them out it gives me sparkly joy. 

I only got to meet Carol a few times, but I know how happy Jeff was to have her in his life and while we didn't get to see him as much, I was so happy to see he had found someone to share his life with.

I'm so sorry to all of the family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Lucky for us we were able to purchase a piece of his art.  We have this and many good memories. ♥️☮️
