"Life at best is very brief like the falling of a leaf..."
You lived your life at your best just as God appointed unto you.
The bible says,..."precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Psalm 11:15.
Rest on ma as you lay your head upon our saviour's breast.

I saw a gigantic hospital built in her memory at Ifewara, Osun State, and this led me to do more research about the personality of our beloved sister who has gone to be with her maker. I was pleased with what I read and heard about her, I pray to God to continue to watch over the families she left behind and to bless me and help me to help others and develop people during my life time. Sleep well a good fighter of faith till we meet at the feet of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Saints that have gone before us.

The story of a woman who is no longer on this side of divide, but continues to live on. First learnt about her recently, while on the way to pick my children from Reedemers International Academy in Ifewara. Saddened by the short live she lived here on earth, but inspired by her spirit and what she stands for. May God be with the family she leaves behind

Real-time 2:43pm Sun 19 Feb 2023 at RCCG Osun Province 1 Breakthrough Cathedral Osogbo. Osun State the Foundation in her name is attending to about a hundred widows spread across Parishes in Osun 1. Our sister though sleeping in Christ lives and speaks putting smiles on the face of the widows.
Her good deeds even in death prompted me to look her up on the internet and what I found glorified God. The Lord generationally bless the household she left behind to be with Jesus. Thanks to The Jennifer Etuh Foundation!

"We rise in memory of the legacy of a woman who mocked death by designing her path to live even after she died."

"It may take a Doctor to cure or a community hospital to reach a community but it takes a heart like Jennifer to reach the world."

Poem by Kayeon Onyeka performed in honour of Jennifer Etuh on the occasion of the launch of the skill acquisition centre in Kogi.

"Sometimes, only one person is missing, and the whole world seems depopulated"

I saw that quote somewhere and its the only way I can explain how it feels to not have you anymore.

Your love for us was so much that we almost never had any space in our heart for any other feeling.

When you left us, our world felt very empty but now we fill up with the memories you left us.

We love you now and always mum.

Sleep well.

Love,

Yusuf Etuh.

I miss my mum so much, she was my best teacher, she taught me my first lessons and was always there to help me get better.

She talked about God all the time and I know that she's with him now.

Mum, I know you can't hold my hand in church anymore, or help me with my homework. I know you can't shout at me to stop running or playing but I do all those things on my own now. I miss doing them with you but would always remember all the time we spent together

I love you mummy.

Her Life
March 5, 2021
EARLY YEARS
Mrs. Jennifer Ramatu Etuh was born on July 10, 1974 in Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria to the family of Mr. Audu & Mrs. Mary Utung Swat.
As part of her early education she attended ECWA Nursery School, Kaduna and completed her primary school education at Capital School, Kaduna.
EARLY ADULTHOOD & EDUCATION::
A young amiable ever friendly Jennifer then started her secondary school at Airforce Secondary School, Kaduna and finished at Government Girls Secondary School, Kontagora, Niger State.
After her secondary school in Airforce Girls Secondary School Kaduna and Government Girls’ Secondary School in Kontagora, Niger State, she enrolled in the School of Catering and Tourism at the Federal Ministry of Commerce and Tourism Kaduna, where she got her Diploma.
She later obtained a Diploma in Interior Design from Inchbald School of Design, London in the United Kingdom, which led to her establishment of her company “Jenny Etuh Creations”.
MARRIAGE AND EARLY FAMILY LIFE
She got married to her husband, Thomas Etuh in September 1994, in Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria.
Fairness doesn’t govern life and death, if it did, no good man would ever die young
- Mitch Albom
In further service to humanity, she was committed to the welfare of the less privileged in the society, quietly championing and pursuing many interventions to their benefit.
Her life was indeed a testimony to the fact that, a life lived in touching the lives of others is a life that matters most.
A LOVER OF GOD
A devout and pious Christian, she was a worker in the Redeemed Christian Church of God and an active Choir Member of RCCG Exousia-Dunamis Church, Victoria Island, Lagos. A lover of children and a great mentor to many. She was also a Trustee of Kids Royal Children's Club Lagos.
JENNIFER “THE ROCK” OF THE FAMILY
A kind, caring and loving wife to her husband of over 26 years Mr. Thomas Etuh whom she always fondly referred to as “Darling”. A mother of four fine young men Emmanuel, Yusuf, David and Daniel, she was known as Jennifer “The Rock” of the family.
As our relationship blossomed, Jennifer my darling wife grew to become my closest friend and confidant and that has been how our relationship remained and grew stronger even through the sickness
Ever playful and full of life, she is always there for her family, making every moment memorable.
She never misses a chance to be that playful Mum, while balancing the act with being a Margaret Thatcher when necessary.
The Value of life is not in its duration,
but in its donation.
- Myles Munroe
Jennifer donated her love, time and friendship. She was light, everywhere she found herself.
God Sent you to bless and give my life a meaning
But am I to question God? Ramatu, you have fought a good fight. You have finished your course and kept the faith, and now, walked into heaven with a crown of glory which awaits those who faithfully keep the faith...
- Madam Mary Utung (Mother)

While I submit totally to the will of God,
I wish I can get an answer from Him on why the good die young...why Jennifer had to go now.

Jennifer was a very loving, compassionate, loveable, passionate, warm hearted lady. She's not a woman of many words but very practical, she hates to see people postpone till tomorrow, what can be done today.
Jenny has a heart for the less privileged, she endeavours to be productive with the resources the Lord has given her, she is so conscious of Proverbs 23:5 which warns against setting your eyes on riches. She supports, widows, orphanages and more.
She hates injustice; she says things as ‘they are without blanket’. She is also very economical when it comes to spending, she hates waste because she believes that whatever is wasted might be a life saver for someone else somewhere.
When it comes to discipline and child training, we call her a disciplinarian. She has zero tolerance to stubbornness or laziness. The boys were brought up knowing to work hard and to do things for themselves irrespective of the number of domestic staff available. She thought them that their parent's wealth are not theirs and encouraged them to strive to be the best in every sphere of life. She was so enthusiastic about respect and humility and these were instilled in the lives of her children and any child around her.
She would scold a child this minute and the next minute she's out getting the best for that same child.
Jenny is like an anchor to her husband, he goes out there, putting in all that is required in business, having the confidence that his home is secured, she was a great support to the husband and also a co-Director in the organisation.
Jenny is accommodating, she makes you feel at home around her.
Another remarkable thing about Jenny is, she forgives so easily when you ask, and does not struggle to apologise when she's wrong, even to a child.
