Uncle Jerry Marshall was such an amazing man and there was no doubt that he loved his family dearly. I will never forget summers in Manassas listening to you sing and play the guitar, and stripping copper. May you rest peacefully ️

I love you and say hi to Mommy and the rest of the family for me

Love,
Ash

I remember one time when Jerry, James, Jeanne, and I were trying to figure something out or put something together (Jeanne may remember the incident), after 2-3 hours into this project when everybody was ready to give up, Jerry said no we can't quit now-we almost have it figured out. He made sure we stayed at it until the problem was solved. Jerry definitely was not a quitter...

Uncle Jerry always made us laugh! He loved to pick & tease & "throw somebody under the bus" lol. Once he met Larry, he always looked forward to seeing him on his visits to my Momma's so they could cut up together & "take it outside" & would always ask about him when we talked on the phone & would have me relay the message "tell him when I get there, we can take it outside" lol.

We love you Uncle Jerry.

Uncle Jerry was always ready to "stir people up" while wearing that Cheshire grin on his face and saying "want to take this outside"?  I remember him being able to get uncle Danny and Uncle David stirred up without any effort at all and be laughing the whole time and him still calling me "little Joy"  (the Marshall family nickname for me since birth). I'm pretty sure he was the instigator when they were all little . And I'm sure he's already got his brothers, sister and parents wound up now
Gonna miss you Uncle Jerry but I know you are all better now.  Tell Daddy I said Hi and I love him! ️
