Jerry Lynn Meredith was born on April 9, 1957 in San Pedro, CA and was a long-time resident of Wilmington, CA. He passed away on March 4, 2011 at the age of 53 in Long Beach, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Coyle and Bertha Meredith; and brother Tony Meredith.
He is survived by his daughter, Katelynn Meredith of Lomita; brother, Terry Meredith of Wilmington, CA; sister, Sherry Morones of Wilmington, CA; sister-in-law Carol Meredith of Wilmington, CA; Nephews, Johnny (Michelle) Meredith, Kevin (Laurie) Meredith, Steven Morones, Sergio Barajas; Nieces, Dawn (Rafael) Rodriguez and Stephanie (Robert Andrade) Morones; Great Nephew and Nieces, Dylan Meredith, Draven Meredith, Rhiannon Meredith, Chanse Garcia, Mia Meredith and former wife and friend, Kathleen Meredith, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of Jerry's life will be held on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Pacific Unitarian Church, 5621 Montemalaga Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90274. A potluck reception will follow the service.
