A Great Man
Let me tell you about my Uncle, Glen Neighbors, he wasn't an American Idol, Noble Peace Prize winner, his passing will not be seen on the National news and won't rock the world. But, it has rocked ours. He was a man that quietly went through life impacting others. The lives of his family, friends and community. He was a loving Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle. He loved playing jokes on his 3 sisters and you could always tell when he was getting ready to start something because there would be a twinkle in his eyes that said watch this. He served in Vietnam and wouldn't talk about it much, a HERO. He lived in the same area that he grew up in and would share memories of his childhood. He supported and provided for his family and freely showed his Love. He was truly interested in what was going on in our lives. He was a GREAT MAN. He is in Heaven now with MawMaw (Alma) and PawPaw (Ben), his parents, worshiping and praising the Lord, and yes probably still with that twinkle in his eyes. We will miss him in this world, but look forward to seeing him again and spending eternity with him Heaven.
I Love You Uncle Glen!
