Truett, Jerry W. 69 of Dayton Ohio passed away November 29, 2018. He was born in Harlan County Kentucky July 27, 1949 to the late  Wes and Louise Truett. 

Jerry is survived by his daughters Jeanetta and husband Robert Buckner of Knoxville Tennessee, Delenia Larue of Dayton Ohio, Michelle Truett of Vandalia, Ohio. Brothers Mike and wife Dianne Truett of London Kentucky, Jimmy Truett and Danny Truett also of Kentucky. Eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren nieces nephew other relatives and friends. 

Cremation provided by W.E. Lusain Funeral home and crematory of Dayton Ohio. Memorial service time and location to be determined at a later date.
