Ms. Jessica L. Spence, the daughter of Luvernia S. Denson and the late Arthur Moore, Sr. was born April 10, 1963 in Chambers County, AL. She made her earthly transition to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at her residence.

Jessica received Jesus as her Savior and was a born again christian. She was a faithful member of I Am That I am Tabernacle until declining health.

Jessica received her education in the Lanett City School System, where she was a member of the 1982 graduating class of Lanett High School. Jessica’s high school years included her involvement in the Marching Panthers Band and a member of the tennis team. She had a great passion for cooking. She enjoyed playing softball, reading and watching Western movies. She valued spending quality time with her family.

Jessica was employed with West Point Home until its closing.


She was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Moore, her grandmothers Annie R. Spence and Ann Moore and a niece, Terrany Spence.
