Ms. Jessie L. Huffman was born August 27, 1934 in Union Springs, AL to the late Victor L. Townsel, Sr. and the late Lillie Banks Townsel.

She gave her life to Christ at an early age at First Missionary Baptist Church, Union Springs, AL. She was a dedicated servant and faithful member until her death.

God saw fit to call her home on July 14, 2015. Ms. Huffman was predeceased by one son, Willie J. Huffman; one brother, Victor L. Townsel, Jr.; three sisters, Rosalie Gaffney, Carrie L. Holmes and Bessie M. Polk.

She leaves to treasure her memory three loving and devoted
children, Edward J. Huffman, Miami, FL; Robert C. (Christine)
Huffman, Union Springs, AL; and Judy (Malcolm) Malone,
Montgomery, AL; two sisters, Katie Ivy, Union Springs, AL;
and Mary Dunston, Piscataway, NJ; one diligent friend and
caretaker, Zue Lee Pritchett Randolph, seven grandchildren,
two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins
and friends.
