Mr. Jimmy Askew Sr. of Atlanta, formerly of West Point,who died Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at Emory Peachtree Hospital.

Funeral services are schedule for Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Greenwood Baptist Church at 12:00 pm(noon).

Burial will be held in the church's cemetery.

The remains will lie in state at the church from 11:00 am until the funeral hour.

The family may be contacted at the residence of Ms. Ruby Askew 319 Lovelace Road, West Point, GA 31833 

M.W. Lee Mortuary of West Point has charge of arrangements.

I would to express my deepest sympathy to the family of "Sapp" as well as share some encouraging Scriptures found in God Word the Bible that assures us that by means of Jesus shed blood (John 3:16) Our heavenly Father Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) promises that we can entertain the hope found @ John 5:28 &29, Acts 24:15 that we will see can hope to see our loved ones again, until that please take courage and be of good cheer. Agape
