Carvin, Mr. Jimmy C., 72 of Fitzpatrick, Alabama, transitioned into eternal rest Friday, November 28, 2014 at his residence.
A veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Carvin’s celebration of life services will be held Friday, December 5, 2014 at 12:00 noon from the sanctuary of the Mt. Olive #3 Baptist Church, Pine Level Community.
Words of comfort will be delivered by the pastor, Rev. Stanley Gillis.
Interment with military honors will be in the Mt. Olive Church Cemetery.
Mr. Carvin will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to funeral services.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday December 4, 2014 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
In lieu of floral tributes, the family kindly requests charitable contributions to the Mt. Olive Number 3 Baptist Church, Pine Level, Alabama in memory of Jimmy C. Carvin.
