Jim was a good man. He truly cared for others as if they were family. He will be missed and remembered.
So long pal! Safe journey!

Jim's tenure at CMIT nearly parallel's mine. Getting to know him, talking with him on the phone, seeing him at conventions it was always a comfort to speak to Jim. Never a harsh word on anyone else, always a calm demeanor and the knack for providing good solid advice. The CMIT Team has lost a great coach and friend.
God speed to you, James Tillinghast!
God speed to you, James Tillinghast!
I will certainly miss Jim. Jim was my coach and I owe my success at CMIT in large part to Jim. Even though I no longer needed a coach Jim and I always had our weekly calls. I looked forward to each call with Jim. He always had excellent words of advice and wisdom for me. Rest in Peace Jim! I will certainly miss you!
Jim was responsible for our initial training nine years ago as well as coaching us through the Business Development Accountability Group sessions. He was a wonderful mentor and friend. He loved sailing and spoke of it often in our conversations. Shelly and I recently decided to learn how to sail and will be checking out a sailing school in June. I was excited to tell Jim about it at this years convention. Now I suppose he already knows! God Bless you Jim, you will be missed.

Call me if I can help you regarding the Assessment questions. This is the most important stage of the sales process!
Once again, Thank you for all your coaching.
RIP Jim.
Once again, Thank you for all your coaching.
RIP Jim.
My decade as a CMIT business owner almost exactly overlapped Jim’s time there as a coach and trainer. I thoroughly enjoyed all my many interactions with him and considered him a good friend and mentor. Jim’s thoughtful guidance and wisdom was key to my personal success in the difficult task of starting, growing, and selling a small business. He made such a positive difference in the lives of those around him. Rest In Peace after a life well lived.
