My second mom and my friend
I am going to miss you bad!! You have always been a big part of our life and lived with us for a while
I really am at a loss for words and i must admit I am heart broken
I keep wondering what if....
I am sure of one thing that you have a beautiful new home in heaven and you are now rejoicing.. you always said to me watch my girls (Rhonda & Jessica)
I promise to do just that. You will always have a place in my heart and your memory will never fade...
I just know you are wearing that beautiful smile up there and having a blast just know one day we will meet again and i can give you another hug!!
Love you Doug

Ronald and family - I can’t count the number of times your precious mother sent encouraging words my way or the smiles she put on my face over the years. Her genuine kindness, thoughtfulness and sweet spirit will be missed. She was an angel on earth and I know she’ll be an angel in heaven. I pray God comforts and strengthens you and your family. I pray He showers you all with peace and holds you close. Please know you’re in my thoughts and prayers.

My condolences and prayers to the family and friends of Joan. She was an amazing woman and like my other mother as she babysat me when I was a child. She was so creative and we did all sorts of things. One of my favorite memories was making a doll house out of a card board box.

May Joan RIH peacefully.

Many, Many Memories From Years Ago!

August 8, 2023
My sister Sheila Jones James, and I grew up as neighbors with Joan and her sister, Elaine! We only lived 2 doors away from each other so we spent a lot of time visiting each other. In the summer, we enjoyed hanging out on each other's front porches chatting, gossiping, playing games and daydreaming! You know how young girls can be! We loved each other like sisters! As we became adults, we grew up, moved away from each other, developed our own lives, lost touch with each other! Now we come back to each other! We did not know it would be this way! Our prayers, thoughts, sympathies, are extended to all of the family and friends who loved dear, sweet, lovable Joan! God bless you all! Rest in Peace, Joan! Love, Gwen
