Aunt Joann will be sorely missed!! She will always have a special place in my heart for her adventurous spirit and love of life!! I'd like to say her spirit lives in me!! Her love of Orchids certainly does!!

She was a true blessing to know, she probably didn't even know the impact she had on those around her. All my love to my cousins!! We may not see each other as often as we'd like, or should, just know you are loved and my heart reaches out to you during this time of loss!

I’ll always be grateful for all the love you gave me and the memories we shared. You were truly one of a kind Aunt JoAnn. Your spirit will live on through all those who knew and loved you.

I’ll never forget my trip to Florida when you took me to Disney World, Cocoa Beach, and to all the Florida Keys except Key West, because “The Weirdos Come out at Night” and I was too young then for such shenanigans.

You had this way about you, that just lit up a room. You were so full of life and love.

The last time we spoke, you advised me with your famous phrase, and I’ll always take that advice with me.

Thank you for being who you are, and also raising one of the most amazing amazing people who is such an important part of my life now. Tammy has so much of your spirit, and I promise to always be there for her and her children. I love you.
