<p>I remember when I was growing up that Thanksgiving and Christmas were always a special time at my house. Gran always had the whole family at our house most Thanksgivings and always Christmas. But slowly as her health declined she just couldn't do it all anymore. This really broke her heart. She may have complained some, cussed a little and thrown people out of her kitchen; but she truly loved having family around. As Thanksgiving approaches this week my heart is hurting so much. I know I'm the one that should step up and take over but I'm so lost without her. I could never ever fill her shoes. With that being said I wanted to share a few pictures of Christmas time at Gran's. I'm not sure of the date but I'm guessing mid 80's. Peace to all and Gran I promise I won't cut the celery to small for the dressing. </p>
